Thrival Supplements is committed to fast, transparent and reliable shipping practices. This policy explains how orders are processed, shipped and delivered.

Order Processing
Most orders process within one to two business days. During promotions, holidays or new product launches, processing may take slightly longer. Customers receive a confirmation email after checkout and another with tracking once the order ships.

Shipping Methods
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, location and carrier rates. Orders are shipped using the method selected by the customer. In certain cases, we may upgrade your shipment to a more reliable or faster carrier at no additional cost to ensure successful delivery.

Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times depend on the carrier and may vary. Carrier delays caused by weather, regional issues or transit errors are outside of our control. Tracking information is provided for full visibility.

Address Accuracy
Shopify’s address verification system assists customers with entering accurate details, but the final responsibility lies with the customer.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered:
• Customers must email us immediately to correct it.
• Address updates can only be made before the order has been processed for shipment.
• Once the package leaves our facility, the address cannot be changed.

If a package is returned to sender due to address issues, it will only be eligible for refund once received and inspected. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Lost Packages, Carrier Issues and Insurance
Once an order is handed to the carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to them.

If the customer did not purchase shipping insurance:
• Thrival Supplements is not responsible for lost, delayed or misdelivered packages.
• Customers may file a claim directly with the carrier for compensation.

If the customer did purchase shipping insurance:
• They are eligible for a one-time reshipment if the carrier loses or misdelivers the package.
• The reshipment may be sent to a different address to ensure successful delivery.

This policy ensures fairness and provides documented protection against disputes.

Subscription Shipping Benefits
Subscribers may receive discounted or free shipping depending on their subscription plan. These benefits may evolve over time.

Current Shipping Availability
Thrival Supplements ships within the United States.
International shipping will begin in 2026 and will be subject to customs duties, import taxes and regulatory requirements of the destination country.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
Please contact us within twenty-four hours of delivery if your shipment arrives damaged, contains the wrong items or is missing something. Include photos of the package and products so we can assist quickly.
