RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want every customer to feel supported and confident in their purchase. This policy explains how returns and refunds work while ensuring product safety and fair handling.

Return Eligibility
For safety and integrity reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened, untampered bottles in their original condition. Opened or used products cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Return Request Window
Return requests must be submitted within fifteen days of delivery. Once authorized, customers must ship the item back in its original packaging.

Inspection & Refund Process
Refunds are issued only after the product is received at our facility and inspected. Refunds apply to unopened products only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Unauthorized returns, opened bottles or products damaged due to improper packing will not qualify for a refund.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Refusing a package is not considered a return. Refunds for such packages will only be issued after the product has been returned to us and inspected.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled if they have not yet been processed for shipment. Customers must contact us immediately as we ship orders quickly.

For example: If a subscription renews and the customer realizes it right away, we can often cancel and refund the order before it ships. Once shipped, the unopened product must be returned before a refund can be issued.

Missing or Damaged Items
Claims for damaged, missing or incorrect items must be submitted within twenty-four hours of delivery with photo documentation.

Refund Timeline
After a refund is processed on our end, it may take three to five business days for the credit to appear on your bank or card statement depending on your financial institution’s processing times.

Lost Packages and Insurance Reminder
If a package is lost or misdelivered and no shipping insurance was purchased, customers may file a claim directly with the carrier. Thrival Supplements is not required to replace or refund orders affected by carrier error without shipping insurance.
