If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with no significant use or damage. Bottles that are more than half empty or altered cannot be accepted. To begin a return, contact support@thrivalsupplements.com and our team will guide you through the process.
Partially used bottles may be eligible for return as long as less than half the product is used and all packaging remains in good condition.

If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package: • Check with neighbors or property staff. • Look around alternate delivery areas on your property (mailroom, porch, lobby, etc.). If you still cannot locate the package, the carrier requires the recipient to file a claim directly with them. We can guide you through this process, but the claim must be submitted by the customer.
Yes. For any package marked as delivered, missing, lost, or damaged in transit, the carrier requires the customer to open a claim. This is necessary for the investigation and resolution process.
We are not obligated to replace or reimburse packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged by the carrier without a completed carrier claim. Replacements can take longer without shipping insurance, which is why we strongly recommend adding it at checkout. Once a claim is filed and processed, our team will assist with the next steps.
